What if I file a complaint, go to my insurance claims adjuster, I bug the h**l out of everyone telling saying how I want full compensation, but I only had liability when 1 of these 3 scenarios happens. I'm going to have enough money to get another car soon, I just want to protect myself from being screwed over, protected from wasting all that money. None of these actions would be my fault, they were the actions deliberatley and consciously done by a police officer. If was driving and I caused an accident, that'd be different. Unless I d**n well know for sure I'll receive full compensation if I keep bugging my insurance company or the police department, then I'm having second thoughts about getting another car at all.

With all that said, here are the 3 examples,

Example 1) In the movie "Walking Tall", The Rock lets Johnny Knoxville tear up this guy's shiny, new-looking red pick-up truck and lets him cut all the parts off down to the frame with power tools to look for drugs. Will he be fully compensated when it's over?

Example 2) In the movie "Judge Dredd", when this guy has too many unpaid parking tickets, Dredd just blows up the d**n car. And it looked like a pretty d**n expensive car to!!!!

Example 3) In the movie "Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift", that cop in the beginning of the movie orders to have that kid's car crushed and tells him by the time it's too late. It was after the race when he and that other kid caused damage to housing construction.

  1. In all three cases, they were NOT accidents. They were criminal acts that were done intentionally. So there would be no claim compensation on your insurance. The person who did the damage is responsible and liable for the damages. And remember. You are talking about movies cops don't blow up cars for unpaid parking tickets or crush cars for street racing. They will dismantle a car to look for drugs. And no, they are not liable for the damages.
