  1. The odds are thought to be about 1% for that happening.

  2. Joe Lieberman needs to sit down. He has completely lost his credibility.

BTW - If there was a split, sadly it would happen the other way. He'd win the popular vote and lose the electoral vote.

  3. I don't see that being a possibility (I think he'll either win both or lose both, but I don't see a split for either candidate), but I think Joe would be smart enough to see the irony and keep his mouth shut.

  4. yes........yes he will

  5. That's how the system works...and Bush was certainly ready, willing and able to take the seat of power after he did it in 2000.

  6. Obama is not George Bush and Jeb Bush is no longer Gov of Florida! Moreover, it will be a cold day before the US Supreme Court ever gets involved like they did again!

  7. Republicans won't be able to say schitt without looking like hypocrites.

  8. Obama is only subject matter, because he is all respect we can talk about him.

  9. Obama would win, but don't worry this race will not even be close McCain/Palin will appeal to the normal Americans and there are a lot more of them than the Liberal hoards.

  10. Now that he has realized that the Republican party has just used him and there is no chance he will ever be president or vice, will he go back to the Dems?

  11. Ask Hillary

    President Obama in house!!!!!!!!!!!!

  12. Then he'd be President.

It's not likely to happen simply because of the changing demographics.  With the population slowly migrating to the South and West, Republican candidates have a built in advantage in the Electoral College, making that scenario more likely for McCain.  Every state bordering the Great Lakes has lost electoral votes over the years while the Southwest and Southeast have gained electoral votes.

Of course, the flip side is that a lot of solid Red states aren't so solidly Red anymore (New Mexico, Colorado, Nevada, and even Arizona although that won't come into play this election).

  13. i think there will be a lot of sore losers if that happens but i m willing to accept it

i think his ideas are wrong for the country if im wrong i will be happy and if im right we ll vote him out and once everything is fixed i ll be happy actually i m happy most the time government doesnt dictate my well being

  14. Yes, he will be in the dog house because Democrats don't want him around

  15. In the unlikely event that would happen.  Yes, he would become President.

  16. Won't happen most likely. If mccain can hold onto colorado and ohio then he will win.

  17. It'll be more likely to be McCain, following in Bush's footsteps.

  18. Then, according to the rules of the election, Obama will be president.

And this would not be the first time it happened, either.

  19. won't happen - moot question

  20. Then he will be the President and set this nation back 70 years in 4 years.
