To answer this and in response to the first answer....are you KIDDING me?  

Who has Roger Mayweather trained?  Floyd.  Ok and he is amazing.  Who else has he won a belt with?

ok and as for Roach?  manny, toney, virgil hill, penalosa, israel vasquez, collins...and those are just the ones he has won bets with that i can think of off the top of my head.  also he is a hall of fame trainer and trainer of the year.

so to say that mayweather would be a better trainer than roach? i would say let's see what he does with someone other than floyd who has tons of natural talent.  until then i would say that manny would be worse off with mayweather than roach.
