What if a citizen of an EU member nation has a problem with an EU directive?

Is there any way a regular citizen can directly deal with the EU, at the highest level? Or would they have to get their nation's representatives to do it?

  1. Brood or challenge in Court if law permits or gather public opinion against it and get it changed remember democracy provides for various alternatives.


  2. An EU citizen must course his concerns through their government to be endorsed to the EU for appropriate action.
