A friend of mine was recently coarsed into giving a confession to something he did not do. the police told him of incriminating evidence that they did not actually have and used lies and deception to confuse him into confessing. is there anything that can be done that would render the confession inadmissable in court. please not that this is in canada so he cannot use things from the american legal system.

  2. Your friend is a moron.  He deserves to be found guilty for being stupid.
