What if blood gets in one's eyes?

Tonight I washed my face as usual, and dried it with a towel. It turned out somewhere down the line I popped a pimple below my eye. I discovered while I was rubbing my face with the towel, I spread some of the blood into my eye. My eye stings slightly, should I worry?

And this pimple was all blood. No puss, all dark red blood.

Your eye will wash it out naturallly. If it hurts in a couple of days, I would see an optometrist, if not don't worry about it.

If you start getting red or p***y eyes see a doc for some antibiotics
