  1. your spouse would have to apply for a green card for you, if you pass the interview, you get temporary green card for 2 years and then you apply for permanent green card.  you can apply for the citizenship 3 years after the issue date on temporary green card

If you are illegal, go through a lawyer just to be safe

  2. NOPE

You can not marry a US citizen to get citizenship, no matter where you are from

    check out www.uscis.gov

  3. ABSOLUTELY NOT.  You would simply be a non-immigrant who is married to a U.S. citizen.  Your spouse would have to immigrate you, and once that is done you may APPLY for U.S. citizenship after that.  Just being married to a U.S. citizen does nothing more than allowing you to possibly qualify for the benefits I have just described.

Please contact the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) for further information if you marry.  They have an excellent website too.

  4. A non immigrant of what country?  Are you a tourist?  A citizen?  what?

  5. Yes as long as you inter the country  legally
