  1. I didn't start college until I was twenty. I'll tell you this, my options would be pretty bleak if I hadn't gone...

    You can do it.

  2. You are only 20 years old dear. Of course its NEVER too late. Lots of 40 year olds go back to college, even 90 year olds do it. Education is for anyone that wants to be educated, its for anyone that is curious and anyone that wants to better their life.

If you never had a job, that might be tricky, you could just pick a place in your town like the theatre and on your job application just lie and say that you worked there. Most minimum wage jobs don't call up old managers or the human resources department at your last job to check if you really worked there.

I don't advocate lying but you might not even get an interview if you say that you never had any job experience at 20 years old. Go to community college first, get good grades, then transfer over. Its a good way to do it because you will save money that way. As for the job, just stay there for a year or two so you can build work history and not have to ever lie on a job application again. Good luck.

  3. Not at all. You can start going to college now. If you dont have enough money, you can go to a community college which even my 16 year old brother can afford. But you will need to look for a job before any of that. Good luck to you! I really hope you decide to take a better path!

  4. You can always change your future, regardless of your age. Besides you are still only 20, with plenty of time ahead of you.

If you are concerned then take a look at your local community college and see if they offer you anything which sparks your imagination.

  5. my spanish teacher was like... forty-something when she went to college. as a matter of fact she was forty-three because the spanish professor asked her her age and she didn't know the number for forty-three so she just said "no tay importante!" or none of your business.

as you can see, you can go to college at anytime, you just have to finish......

  6. Sure you can go back to school. I went back when I was 26, and it was the best decision I ever made. I will be done with my degree soon and will have a career where I actually feel fulfilled. I see people in their 50's at my school! It's never too late!

    Best Wishes!

  7. go to college..

i am 21 and i would finish in may 2009 .. but i have friends that just started college, and classmates that are much older than me..

never is too late, and if you really wanna change your future go to college at least study something basic..

but as an engineer.. i would tell you to go for the best!! engineering

    xd

  8. h**l you're still way young for college. If you don't have enough money apply to FAFSA, they will pay for all of your college. You'll be done when you're 24. A lot of graduate students don't even start MA programs until they're like 30+.
