the company that loaned you the money to buy the timeshare if still paying on it,will be notified and in turn you are not in agreement with loan ,could in turn ,take your time share.If you own it out right you could still get it taken from you after 3 months of not paying,if haveing trouble making payment call them see if they can help or rent time share week.good luck
