  1. Orange juice is acidic and aids in digestion. It increases the metabolism. THus helping you lose weight. I suggest you eat oranges instead of drinking orange juice. As orange juice suppliers sugar content varies.


  2. It depends on what your work out is. If you're a runner, then the sucrose will provide your body will energy, without making you feel full or upsetting your stomach before running. However, if you're lifting weights, and doing some cardio, then eating an orange is a better choice. The fiber in the orange means the sugar will break down more slowly, providing you with energy over a longer period of time.

  3. It is a better idea to have your simple carbs after your workout.  Have your complex carbohydrates before your workout, and don't forget protein! ex. whole grain pasta/rice/bread

  4. well i suggest before work out its better u do not drink orange juice n because it is always recommended eat or drink before one hour from exercise or work out
