What if i run a 5k everyday?

if i do this and one long run day will i get faster for my 5k?

  1. if you run 3 miles a day, you will build up endurance.  However, if you try to race 5k a day, you will burn out.  It won't help.  Be balanced.  A workout, a day or two to recover, a race, a day or two to recover, a workout, etc.

  2. If you race a 5k every day you will probably injure yourself and burn out like someone said.  I really would run a 5k once or twice a week just as a tempo run to see where you're at.

  3. Only run about 5 days a week. Your body needs rest
