Will my abs go back to it's former state ?

do i have to do sit ups regularly ?

  1. The legendary alchemists of ancient Rome couldn't succeed in turning one object into another (Straw into gold). So if they can't do it, neither can you. Your abs will not turn to fat which would be the main cause of them fading away.

    The only thing that you have to worry about is gaining a layer of fat over your stomach. As long as you keep eating healthy and doing your cardio you'll be fine. However, you're missing out on a lot of benefits of a stronger core.


  2. Abs are one of the slower muscles to atrophy, so if you stopped for a month you probably wouldn't see much difference.  

  3. Depends what you call before and what they are like now. But no one month shouldn't have a massive effect on them. But sit ups are so quick and easy to do why would you have to stop doing them?
