What if my checking was credited by mistake?

OK I checked my account balance today and found I was credited 391 on the 11th. I am not sure where exactly it came from. Well to make a long story short what if I spend it and find out it was a bank error will I be in trouble? It could possibly be my stimulus.

Call the bank and find out. If you're gonna be a thief, make sure you can retire from it.
