What if one ship (a navy ship) is lose in a canal in news orleans during a major hurricane ...one is now??????

what should the country do for that will never happen again?

also if any thing should they be punish?

if it's navy, who you gonna punish?  i see your point though.  the ship could conceivably cause major damage that could have been avoided.

They all came from a scrap yard.  So i guess if anyone is to be blamed it would be the person running that yard.

Well you can't predict everything and save everything.  Just get the tugboat out and haul it back.  That's what they'll do.
