What if renaissance never happened how would it effect our history?

If the Renaissance did not happen there wouldn't be much equality rights, there wouldn't be great inventors and artists, Not everyone would be educated, there wouldn't be humanists and human rights, there would probably be no countries in north and south America, we would still think that the earth was flat, Computers wouldn't have been invented nether televisions nor any other modern devices, there wouldn't be voting and much more modern technologies and ideas that we often take for granted wouldn't be there. The world would most likely still be in a place similar to the 1400's.

So the Renaissance was an important historical period.

And remember, there is a reason for everything.
