What if some online seller abuse my address and email ?

i recently had a fought with an mean online seller, after that, i received a lot of spam mails everydays and recently i received a lot of letters as the response for all kinds of online application, such as loan, movie dvd trial( there was a bill inside it too!) would someone please help me if that would hurt my credit? can some one give me some suggestion how to stop that guy doing that to me?

Contact your local PD, hopefully they are large enough to have a cybercrimes unit. They will assist on blocking that url.
