What if someday's there's a huge goalie?

What if someday there is a huge goalie, so big that he can block about all of the net. So big that it would be physically inpossible for anyone to get the puck by him and that all he has to do is to stand there and not move.

Heard it before, even the fattest man in human history could not manage such a feat, been tried in a fat suit to be bigger then him, corners were still exposed, lots of goals were scored (practice)

Try coming up with an original idea.

oh, and he'd be killed. Literally. There is a limit on the size of goalie equipment. Shots would hit his body and hard enough ones would lead to cardiac arrest.

according to the laws of physics that would be impossible because if he was that big (and heavy) the ice would crack and cave into the ground/basement. making a sort of vortex that if you go too close you can fall in.

and by this point no one would care about the net any more.

First, a hockey goal is big enough so that you can score somewhere on a goal.

Second, if all the goalies started to become bigger than the goal, they would make it bigger.

the net is 6 feet wide and with goalie pad regulations it is not physically possible for that to ever happen

They probably don't even make skates or equipment big enough to fit that guy. But if they did, |i think the strategy would be to have a guy in the on the side of the net from your team offer him a cheeseburger or something and have come get it, then score when he's out of the net.
