What if the United Nations were never formed???

Im writing a paper on this topic but i feel like ive chosen a HORRIBLE topic. Ive never really heard of anything the UN has done so i guess the world would not be much different. What do you think? anddd how can i turn this into an 8 page paper -_____- ?

Any ideas...theres no way for me to change the stupid topic now but i just dont know what to do since the world would be the same...

The world would be a much better place. The UN is nothing more than an anti-American organization that helps little dictators to have some level of control over our policies.

The UN is the most corrupt and incompetent organization in history. It never criticizes islamic countries for human rights violations, but only attacks democratic Israel and USA.

Probably, there would be other organization. Before after WWI until WWII there was League of Nations and after WWII nations understood that they need some kind of organization to cooperate. The UN is place where nations leaders can regularly make talks with each other. Is it working now as it should - no.

If there was no such organization all deals were regulated by international, regional treaties .

It is more comfortable to have such an organization.
