What if the vehicle out for repo is in another state with one of the debtors and the other debtor is in Co?

The vehicle is in another state with the soon to be ex wife and the other customer, the soon to be ex husband is in Colorado.

Well if you name is on the car then the police will come looking for you to find out where the car is ....So what I think you need to do it either pay the car note or report the car missing stating that your ex wife has the car and refuses to make the payment so you told her to bring it back and she doesnt want to....this will get the heat off of you and onto her so they can find the car and pick it up.
