  1. oh you must be from jersey

  2. if u have no traffic rules then u vl follow ur own rules which causes a lot of disturbances ,accidents, several problems regarding the time etc etc.... so traffic rules r must

  3. There would be a lot more accidents and deaths..............

  4. If there is no traffic rules or there is no traffic enforcers you might be dead by now in a car accident.

  5. would be just a few more wrecks but really most poeple dont follow the rules to a T now so it would be a bit differant but not that much

  6. There is usually LESS accidents as people use their own judgement to make decisions.

The Isle of Man has NO speed limits and is one of the safest places to drive in the world, with proportionately much lower death rates than mainland UK where councils keep introducing stupid 20mph limits everywhere.

Edit - Of course it differs if you mean that there was never rules in place. But if you dropped rules now there wouldn't be a problem. People are not as stupid as politicians would like us all to believe!!!

The majority of drivers would still check their mirrors, signal, not drive too fast.

  7. Without some rules, there is usually chaos........people need some path to follow, whether it's how to treat your fellow man, or Rules of the Road...............that way, those of us who are "honest" have something by which to guide our morals and our vehicles.

Every club has rules. If you don't live by those rules, then you get kicked out of the club. Rules are required to keep everyone on track as to what behaviour is acceptable within any group.

Parents enforce their children's behaviour in order to raise a productive person, who is accepted by society.

We are intelligent beings, and therefore, as adults, we  think, and usually govern our own behaviour in acceptable ways.

Criminal minds manipulate the rules and laws to their advantage and as a result, end up dealing with the "enforcers". Without "enforcers", those of us who are "honest" would be bullied and controlled by the criminal element.......i.e. gangs......for example

  8. Like most things, rules are brought in to control the minority of yobs (who now include an increasing number of young "ladies") who spoil it all for the majority who would be sensible and look after themselves and look out for others.

  9. if there was notraffic rules there would be alot of car crash and stuff going on, and its not good!
