What if there was a Marvel Civil War Movie?

Do you think there will ever be a Marvel Civil War movie, because I was watching X-men 2 again, and there was reference to the registration act.....

.......so I thought if there ever was to be and X-men 4 and a Spiderman 4 and then a Captain America movie and Iron Man 2, just like one big Marvel Movie season and they all had ties to the registration act, then they would release Marvel Civil War to bring them altogether for one showdown.

Or is that a dumb idea?
