  1. Very stupid people do very stupid things and sometimes get killed very stupidly. I would have to say that if a person was in fear of their life and killed an idiot in a costume, the idiot was just removed from the gene pool and allows the rest to get a little smarter.

These things happen fairly frequently and then people blame the gun or the shooter and never the one that started the whole awful mess.( mostly because that person is dead)

  2. In most places it's illegal to discharge a firearm within 500 feet of a residence except in self-defense, regardless of whether you're shooting a bigfoot, a grizzly bear, or a human being.

  3. In some states it would be legal to shoot & kill that person.

  4. I was frightened for my life and i just shot big foot. It was just a terrible accident ! Sorry !!

  5. If you happen to be in Texas it is legal to shoot them even if they weren't dressed up as bigfoot. All they have to say is that they thought their life was in danger, and if the other person is dead there would be noone to dispute their claim.

  6. It depends on if they felt they were endangered and if they were being attacked. It also depends on their justification.

  7. Here is your visual:  bigfoot enters my yard while I am getting my mail....I run inside, get my gun, and sit on the couch watching t.v. until he busts the door down...

second scenario, he bolts through my door and I shoot him $#^% dead....I will be ok!

Synopsis: scenario one involves common sense and so does number two....
