It is illegal to drive with a blackout nomader if you can see or not. You should go to a local police strait away.

Cops really shouldn't bother you . I live in NY and see tons of cars with blackout kits and cops never looked at them twice . I got a buddy with a blackout kit and he only gets pulled over for  speeding.

You have to have running lights that you can see.
