i am a us citizen i want to go to india and study physical therapy.after i finish i came back 2 us? so to get a job here do i need to take an xam or study mor? plzz help

You would have to go through the same process as any other foreign educated PTs.  You would have to submit your educational records for review. If they are deemed sufficient, you can apply to sit for the licensure exam.  From my understanding, it is a very costly and time consuming procedure to transfer your license to the US from another country. Furthermore, if English was not your primary language, you may need to sit for the English proficiency exam unless you have prior collegiate (?) education in English.
