What if you've been falsely accused of a bad sale on E bay, How do you change that?

Had someone on ebay give me a false bad review, who do I talk, to what do I do?

If you act quick enough you can contest it by submitting for a dispute.  Use the Ebay faq section to look for filing a dispute.  Generally these can be resolved fairly easily.  But with the new changes in the rules lately, it can get a little more complicated.  I recently watched a video series talking about how to run an ebay business, and profit from the recent changes in regulation.  It was actually free, (only paid for shipping) and very informative.  I don't know if it is still free or not but you can check it out here:  http://www.auctiontips.com/t.cgi/1355417
