  1. yeah its normal, have some fruit or a healthy snack, nothing wrong with feeding your hunger as long as its a healthy snack.

  3. it might but more because you are use to eating more or different things. try a small snack something light.

At the first few days of the diet you will still feeling lil hungry .. because before that you used to eat greater amounts of food .. and junky food which made you feel full, but now u don't feel this anymore .. so you need some time to get used to it ... but any way .. eat more fruits and veggies .. they won't hurt and drink more water (before eating)

  5. Well, it could be your body is just getting used to eating less in which case you need to "tough it out" for a few days and then it will adjust itself and you won't feel hungry.  

    OR

    Perhaps you aren't eating enough protein or fiber, or drinking enough water.  All three of these things help keep you satisfied longer...

    Why don't you print off some food and exercise logs from the site below and write down everything you eat and all your activity.  They it will be easy for you to look back and see if you ate properly for the day and you'll know then if you should ignore the hunger pains or feed them...good luck!

  6. of course you are hungry. I mean you are dieting. Now don't starve your self. But if you are on a normal diet and you are hungry why don't you drink some water or eat some water melon. Both of these things have to calories in them. Hope this helps.

Eat something small and satisfying.. the key word here is SMALL and SATISFYING.. if it's small... but not satisfying (like a carrot), chances are you'll go and get more stuff to eat, starting off with more carrots, then juices, then fruits.. then biscuits and on and on (d**n you've blown it)... if you get something else that's SMALL and SATISFYING like a mini chocolate bar, chances are, you'll really enjoy the chocolate bar and stop just there...
