see my bro brought this up and wondering if you can lose weight faster like that and of or is it just really stupid.....?

  1. A diet composed purely of cheerios would not provide enough protein.

  2. cheerios = grains = carbs

    to be healthy you need vitamins, proteins, an assortment of nutrients.

  3. I would be bored out of my mind.  I find Cheerios incredibly boring.  I'd probably just stop eating, I'd be so dang bored.
