What if you broke your electric meter after a disconnect?should i call same compony .?

The electric meter belongs to the power company.  You should call them and let them know it's broken.  The meter reader will see the broken meter and might report it as an attempt to disable it and steal electricity.  If you call them and tell them it's broken and what happened you might save yourself a lot of trouble.
