Well either you spelled it incorrectly or you need to call the police.  I don't know about you but I don't like finding ear, nose and throat doctors bones in my back yard.  Or maybe it's a dinosaur that eats your ears, nose, and throat?? Anything like a neurologus?   That is a dinosaur that eats your brain  Or a Paleontologus which is a dinosaur that eats those who are pale.  I think that is what happened in Jurassic Park.  Then there are Scatologus, dinosaurs who scare you away by pooing. No wait! Maybe they could scare people into pooing?  Either way,  have you ever thought about how stinky dinosaur poo would have been and there would have been a lot of it? : >P

Call the police.  Detectives may be able to identify the bones if there was a medical convention nearby that reported a missing specialist.  Do you have an airtight alibi?
