  1. 1never admit fault to cop or other driver..even saying you are sorry can be used in court to "prove" its your fault..[really].2 always get a police report...3..let your insurance co fight/figure it out with the other co..


  2. If you are both determined to be 50% at fault, then you cannot collect from the other company.

    You would then have to use your own policy to repair your vehicle, so long as you carry collision coverage.

    If you do not have collision coverage, then you have to repair your car on your own.

  3. If you have an accident and the liability is 50/50, then you will pay your ded to your ins company and they will pay to fix your car and the same for the other driver and their ins company. The state law states in GA if liability is determined 50/50 (modified comparative) then it bars any recovery from the other ins company. Hope this makes sense. Dont expect anything from the other ins company.
