  2. This might sound stupid but......WHY DONT YOU GO TAKE CARE OF THE WARRANT????

    Might be something you want to do before you go get married anyway.

    In answer to your question, NO, they will not.

  3. They don't check at all where I live.  Can't say if no one does it.

  4. They have no access to that system and they have no reason to do warrant checks as they have no power of arrest.

    My advice is take care of what you need to before getting married.
