What if you have taken over one hundred tylenol pills with in one week with medical help but hours after dose?

its was about 12 hours after seizure when i got medical help what will happen? I'm in pain at the moment a lot of body pain i cant eat and my body is tired.

are you under a doctors care?  Tylenol can permanently damage your liver enough so that a liver transplant is the only option.  In fact, tylenol overdose is a leading cause of transplant, especially in children where the overdose is accidental.  Very serious.
