What if you only have 1 reference?

Currently, i only have 1 reference. I am going to call someone else, but that's it.

Is it bad to only have 1 or 2 references on your resume? This is my second job i am applying for.

I am only 16.

At that age you don't have a lot of choices when it comes to references. However, if you have contact with a teacher you can put him/her down, if you've ever done volunteer work you could put the person who was in charge of it down, or if you are involved in a church or other similar organization you could put that person down.
