I undercharged this guy $1500.00 and swiped his card for $15.00 & I tried calling visa to recharge the full amount to the card since I had already given him the merchandise. Now the card is coming back declined is there anything I can do? I feel this person wasnt honest to begin with; knowing you just purchased a set of rims & tires : mounted balanced & installed- to be able to walk out - only paying $15.00 WOW

  1. Maybe if you have his phone number try calling him and tell him about the mix up.

  2. Your a bad cash register.

  3. You have every perfect right for recourse if you have an invoice to accompany the purchase.  Send an invoice for $1500 minus $15.00 to the customer thru paypal, email, mail... any venue to get your full $1500.  Easiest way to do it.

  4. you are stuck unless you can get him to come in and let you run his card again!!!

  5. HA your mistake not his.  good job, you just lost a major profit.

  6. looks like the guy got a h**l of a deal, don't be surprised if you get let go from ur job.

  7. Hi, mexikanqueen:

The law is on your side, for example, you withdraw $40 from the bank, but you are given $400
