What if you win a jackpot in Las Vegas but your not 21? Or win a car? Do they pay you or give the car? How is it?

First of all, you get arrested for underage gambling and related charges.  Second, you get nothing. What makes you think you will be rewarded for illegal trespassing, underage gambling, etc.?  Sorry.

If you gamble in a casino and are not 21 you should be euthanized. Anything you win that needs to be signed for you will not get.

It is illegal to gamble in Vegas under the age of 21.  And as bizarre and stupid as that law is, it is still the law.  So casinos can hide behind the concept that you cannot profit from a criminal or illegal act.  So by breaking the law you are not eligible to win a prize.  Once they discover you are underage (and they will due to IRS tax forms etc),. you will be kicked out or possibly turned over to the police, you will have no prize, and you will not get back the money you lost.

So basically, it is pointless to play slots or similar in Vegas when you are underage.  You will not get to keep your winnings if they are any decent amount.  You assume all the risk of gambling without the potential reward.

If you manage to convince the casino you are of age with fake ID, you are now committing felony tax evasion.  This means you risk jail.
