  1. Try to get to a safe location but don't head toward flooded areas or try to drive through them.


  2. It really does depend,

    if its the flood that you can still drive in,

    it will get high enough to reach uure motor. Your car will break down, and you will have to wait fir the water to gio down, then get a toetruck.

    if it's very high, your car will probably start moving without you controlling it, roll up your windows, you don't want to the water to ruin your car.

The best thing is simply to not get yourself into that situation.  Never try to drive through water of unknown depth, especially if  it is moving water.  Cars today are lighter, and thus can be swept off of roads with less deep water.  If you are in a flood prone area and need to leave, leave before flooding starts.
