What image can i draw for patronizing?????????

okay..i can't think of anything i can draw that would go with patronizing...patronizing mean to treat in a condescending manner or to talk dawn...

so pls give me some ideas of what can i draw that would represent this word or mean this word......

I like the idea of someone patting another person on the head.  I'd also add that the person who is doing the patronizing might have his/her nose up in the air, and standing sort of rigidly.  Think of how you place your body and facial features when you're pretending to be patronizing.  Where are the various bits?  How is your mouth?  How are you standing?  

And the person being patronized... picture a peeved or disgruntled expression, maybe with steam coming out of his/her ears?
