  1. i think that you need... immunization for yellow fever= fiebre amarilla...but you only need this immunization when you go to the jungle

  2. Nothing if you don't go to the jungle, though yellow fever is required then..  Hepatitis and thy´poid are good ones to have.

  3. Depending where you're going.

If you're staying in Lima or any big city, none, just don't drink tap water.

If you're going to the amazon rain forest, you would want to have the malaria and yellow fever vacines,

The best way to be sure is asking the tourist info site, they are connected with the Health Ministry and should know better than anyone.

    call (51) 1 574 8000

    or write them to

    iperu@promperu.gob.pe

NOTE in the phone, the (51) is the country code!

  4. I know of someone who was going to Lima Peru and checked with the state health department on what immunizations she should get. But the three ones they recommended would cost up to $400! So since she was just going for a little while she didn't get them.

  5. It all depends on where you are going in Peru..

I have been twice but didnt visit the jungle so no yellow fever needed

  6. nothing if you go to lima or cuzco. The forest, I don't know.
