A huge impact, but what does it have to do with Weather. It would not affect weather.

Weatherwise, more global warming as the chinese government will pour in billions of dollars to rebuild the areas devastated by quakes.  More consumption of energy lead to more greenhouse gases and hence speed up global warming.
