some types of people are just born smarter,others more athletic,still more just more emotional,that's all.

If a society sorts itself into higher & lower social strata based on ethnicity, then that society effectively bars social mobility (the ability to rise to a social class higher than the one in which you're born).  After all, ethnicity is determined at birth and can't be changed.
