For any New Zealanders on the site - has there been any news about NZ real estate since Peter Jackson's movie making success has put NZ more in the world spotlight?

  1. House prices in NZ have been going up very quickly...started about the time of the Lord of the Rings trilogy...add to that all the American visitors during the America's cup races.  

    It isn't good for Kiwis as their salaries haven't gone up to compensate.
