What impacts would a waste incinerator have on economical, environmental & social values?

Waste incinerators on a global scale would be terrible for global warming.  It would be another addition to all of the carbon emissions going on right now.  If we don't find ways of decreasing global carbon emissions, global warming will take a terrible price economically on the world.  Hopefully as a society, we will fight against this way of dealing with waste in our bigger struggle to cut carbon emissions as a whole.
