yeah well my advice is watch it on fox.com/prisonbreak when it loads up, but what happened was sarah escaped from gretchen so, gretchen sent lincoln someones head that looked like sarah to cover up that she escaped to keep a motive for breaking out whistler.  Beginning of the episode she and michael meet and a very emotional scene
