What in your opinion are the best horror genre movies?

Ok the way I see it, there are more than just "Horror" movies. So based on my theory there are A. Slasher types, B. Paranormal types, C. Beastie types, D. Human made types, and of course the E. Alien types.

So my question then is what is your favorite movies based on these categories.

Then I'd have to say paranormal.

Not really a fan of the other kinds you listed

I like psychological horror movies like The Shing, The Others, The Orphanage , and Hide and Seek.
