  1. My favourite as a student was the king Balti on Albany Road, not cheapest but a d**n good curry.

  2. Balti Cuisine - 103 Woodville Rd , Cardiff - 0871 5290531 this is a very friendly atmosphere and student pricing. Heart of the student area and a 20% discount for eating in. A place a bit more upper scale would be Cardiff Bay restaurants.

  3. I live in Cardiff and I don't know of any good curry houses lol! Let me know when you find one :op

Mujibs is supposed to quite nice isn't it? By Birchgrove but I can't say I've been there.

  4. Mul-Almars they use special meat.

  5. The spice quarter in the brewery quarter off st mary's street does great curries, its a really beautiful restaurant, the staff are very helpful and the food is delicious.  Not the cheapest restaurant but well worth a visit.

As regards the restaurant in the bay, there is the spice route in the red dragon centre.  Its got a huge range of food from lots of different asian countries.  It's more expensive than ChinaChina but the food is better and its a much more exciting experience.

  6. HOT HOT HOT

  7. Visit China China on St Mary St. Its all you can eat for about £6, and they do a wide variety; from curries to spare ribs. And you get dessert. Also you can order a beer.

My brother said theres another similar place down the Bay, but its dearer.

My daughter loves China, China and kids under 5 eat free.
