  1. It tells you how many seconds are added to the clock per move.  For example, 10/3 would mean that you have 10 minutes to move, with 3 seconds added per move.


  2. It indicates how many seconds are added to your remaining time (on the chess clock) each time you complete a move.

  3. each time you complete a move your time is increased to the seconds you opt for increament in the game.

  4. After each move you will recive that much time for example G/40 or 40/0 means just 40 minutes no incrament but 40/5 means after each move you get 5 seconds for exapmple if you take 10 second 4 ur first move instead of being a 39:50 you would gain 5 second so u would be at 39:55
