  1. I am no Ausie, but my quess is that it probably made Australian food more edible

  2. Unfortunately very little, maybe in top end restaurants and you can buy all the"convenience"style Chinese stuff in the supermarket,ie tinned water chestnuts and bamboo shoots, mushrooms etc..No it appears Ozis wont give up on bad pies and sausage rolls,oh dimsims of course I nearly forgot, but they are very far removed from anything "real' one would make from a recipe..Then theres chiko rolls! no not Chinese but close, I mean it kind of looks like a spring roll, but no end of soy sauce is going to fool anyone, deep fried mashed potato and cabbage?Deep fried wings?no..erm  How about some deep fried lasagna slices.. No Ozis don't wont to learn or try anything new in terms of a large scale diet change, and you will find the same stuff and only that all around the country sad isn't it,or short sighted and myopic its all a question of perspective..

  3. Chicken, if thats your name :)

Mate, Australia is multicultural. We have alot of different food from different country. Chinese food is still chinese.
