Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. There will be two formal nights but one is less formal than the first if that makes sense? You can wear the same gown twice if you choose or you could wear a nice pantsuit one of the nights and you'll be fine.

I go with 2 outfits a day with an extra that could be for either day or night, think comfortable as well as good looking, and of course your unmentionables

the 7day cruise have 2 formal nights so 2 formals or semi-formals will be need to.

the next must are shoes you can walk all day in for the day in port, and sandals or flip flops for the ship in the day will be fine.

they have shampoo and soaps but I still like my own

a pocket rain poncho might be a good precaution carnival can not control the weather.
