  1. Well, you can try but what they really look for is his employer and social security number. Sorry hun. I wish you the best of luck.

Try calling him and see if you can get any details about where he works and now lives.

My ex tried to do that to me but while he went into the grocery store and left me in his car, I went through his glove box and found the info I needed.

  2. Yes. You do have the info needed to find this person.

But in this world of DNA, DNA will be the final proof of the person's involvement, as far as this baby goes, it does not matter what kind of relationship you had with this person, if DNA matches, both of you are responsible for child support at least 50% each, in USA in general.

You must have is previous address that can help too.

Go to nearest social service office or seek out a private lawyer or a legal aid lawyer. You may need to apply for Aid from child welfare office in that case keep all this info written down on the father and take it with you the frst time.

  3. A D.N.A. test will need to confirm that this guy is the biological father of the child. Yes, it would be ideal for you to know his social security number,  address, and place of employment but there are ways of finding that information out. I don't know what your state laws are on criminal history checks but you might contact your local police department and find out what you would need to do to get one done. Also, I'm pretty sure the agency you are filing your claim with has ways to run his name and check for all the needed information. Good Luck.

  4. Gather as much information as you can especially his full name, employer or former employer.  There are many websites that you can pay to get this information from.  If possible get his social security number ( I called my ex's mom who gladly gave it to me). Keep hush about it because once he finds out all h**l will brake loose.  Remember you are doing this for the welfare of your baby and not for revenge.  He will most likely want a DNA test which is not cheap and insurance does not cover.  If this is what he requires then he should be the one to pay.  There are many free resources for this type of situation on the web and at clinics.  In the future use protection.  Good luck

  5. well. i can tell you this. i have pictures and know where he lives and i know all his details, and my son is now 2 and i have heard nothing about it from them. they wont do nothing. they dont track them. I dont put faith in them to get you anything. most the time they dont do nothing but put your name on a list and leave it in a file some where.

  6. hole of his name age and his  old  address if u no it  good luck
