I would like to open an account with Abbey and will probably go in tomorrow, but I need to know what details to take so that I don't have to do more than just the one trip. Anyone know exactly what you need?

  1. Passport or birth certificate. Proof of address, like a fuel bill.

  2. ID - usually passport or driving licence

Proof of address - utilty bill, or your driving licence if you use passport as ID

You can't take only a driving licence for both as it has to be 2 seperate things. A mobile phone bill can't be used.

If you don't have any of these contact them or check their website, banks have a secondary list you can use ONLY if you don't have the preferred documentation.

  3. At least 4 proof of ID

    I would recommend taking:

    Passport

Birth Certificate (if you still have it)

Proof of address - utility bill

    Driving license

Your current bank account details and recent statement

  4. passport birthcerticfacte and some kind of bill

  5. Proof of who you are and proof of where you live

  6. dole card

  7. You will need two proofs identity, ideally a passport and something else such as a driving license.

  8. Just everything you have would be a good bet.

    i.e. your passport and/or driving licence;

proof of your address, for instance a few recent utility bills.

  9. Check for the information on their site.  But from what I can remember it is one form of idea with a photo and one other item which has your id on it.

  10. PASSPORT/ PROOF OF ADDRESS /ANY BILL/ WAGE SLIPS/
